SRS Distribution Acquires Weatherpanel, Inc.

SRS Distribution Inc. announced that it acquired Weatherpanel, Inc., a leading distributor of residential and commercial roofing, siding, windows and doors, and other related products. 

Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Headquartered in Buffalo, the company was founded in 1948 and is currently run by Frank Vacanti and Maria Wrafter. 

Vacanti joined Weatherpanel in 1978 and has been president since 1991, with Wrafter joining in 1994 and serving as VP since 2002. 

They will continue to lead the company’s dedicated team under the Weatherpanel banner, ensuring continuity and consistency for customers, suppliers, and employees.
