Registration Open for MCAA Convention at WOC

Registration is now open for the 2021 Mason Contractors Association of America Convention at the World of Concrete/World of Masonry in Las Vegas, NV. This year’s convention is set to take place June 7 through 10 and is the perfect opportunity to learn and participate in great educational programs, contractor roundtable discussions, and more. MCAA will be holding several events all culminating with its traditional Masonry Madness Day on Wednesday, June 9 which includes the Fastest Trowel on the Block competition. It's a collection of the most exciting masonry competitions in the world and it all takes place on one day, at one location. One event after the other, you'll see the best bricklayers, blocklayers, mason apprentices, and tenders battle in four unique masonry contests to prove who is the world's best. You don't want to miss seeing these highly skilled craftsmen compete for the largest value of cash and prizes awarded for any construction industry event held in the world—it's pure MASONRY MADNESS!

The Contractor Roundtables will open with several issues contractors are dealing with today and then open discussion follows with fellow contractor input on how their company addresses the topic of discussion.There will be an open forum where contractors are encouraged to bring up any topics they would like to discuss. This program is as good as the people willing to share, so open participation is encouraged from all who attend.

Also, don't miss the South 40 event. All contractors and guests are encouraged to participate in this opportunity to network with fellow contractors from all around the country. There is no set agenda for the evening, just opportunities to meet one another and talk about your businesses and any other issue you choose. It is a laid-back event and all proceeds raised help support the MCAA Political Education Fund which is the lobbying and educational arm of the organization. The event is hosted by the MCAA’s South 40 committee. Everyone who attends will leave with an assortment of very nice take-home items. Sponsorship opportunities are available.
