According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, U.S. workers reported 18,510 eye injuries that resulted in at least one day away from work in 2020, with more than 35% caused by being struck by an object or equipment. Construction workers accounted for 2,120 of those eye injuries.

The risk of injuring or, worse, losing your eyesight completely due to a workplace incident is too great not to invest in quality eye protection. For many, it’s easy to shun or simply forget eye protection due to glasses being uncomfortable, ill-fitting or simply ugly.

But today, options abound for glasses, sunglasses, goggles and face shields to meet the needs of any head size or shape, personal preference, comfort level and more, all while still providing protection. And many look good doing it.

If you’re looking to add or upgrade, check out these eyewear protection offerings.
