Scott Tarr is president of North S.Tarr Concrete Consulting and was previously a partner with Concrete Engineering Specialists. As a licensed PE in multiple states, Tarr’s primary experience is in the area of problem-solving distressed concrete slabs on ground (interior and exterior).

Scott is a member of International Concrete Repair Institute and American Concrete Institute where he serves on several committees.
