With more than 20 years in the construction industry, Matthew Carter’s expertise spans multiple disciplines, including site work construction, distribution, and technical support. After a move to Kansas City, he joined Dayton Superior in 2012 and currently serves as Chemical Division’s Technical Service Manager. In this role, he leads support efforts for the company’s entire chemical portfolio of powders, liquids, and epoxies utilized in concrete construction.

Matthew’s dedication and passion for the industry are apparent through his membership in and support of multiple industry organizations. In 2020, Matthew served as President of the ICRI Great Plains Chapter and was recognized by the organization, receiving their prestigious “40 Under 40” award. He is also a long-time ACI KS chapter member and served as President in 2022. Matthew is a voting member of ASTM C09 and is the incoming chair for ASTM C09.22.
