Justin Hook is the Chief Operations Officer at Claim Connection. For the last three years Justin has led a team of 17 people in pursuit of transparent processes for estimating and claim management on behalf of contractors across the country. Specializing in the creation of efficient processes and agile business practices, Justin aims to bring leadership to the segment of insurance related contract work for companies of all sizes.

By focusing on his 15 years of entrepreneurial sales and operations experience Justin has been able to put to great use the Professional Selling Degree he earned from The University of Toledo. Multiple business ventures, mergers, acquisitions, and start-ups have given him the tools necessary to lead Claim Connection forward into a space that is due for transparency and levity.
