James Baty, FACI, is president of SB2, serving as the Executive Director for the Concrete Foundations Association (CFA) and Manager for Technical and Regulatory Affairs for the Tilt-Up Concrete Association (TCA). Jim has served the residential concrete industry providing guidance to association members and general industry professionals on the design, construction and performance aspects of residential concrete foundations and above-grade residential concrete homes. Jim has a degree in Architecture from Iowa State University and is an active member of the American Concrete Institute (ACI) serving on ACI 332, ACI 551, ACI 306, ACI C650 and ACI C655.
