Jay Thomas is the Vice President for the Strengthening Division of the Structural Technologies. Jay has been involved in many unique concrete repair and strengthening projects. Jay participates in several industry technical institutes and is a committee member of ACI 440 (Externally Bonded FRP Strengthening) and the International Concrete Repair Institute. He is a well-respected World of Concrete Seminar speaker.
