David Venegas is president of Vemac, a large concrete contractor located in El Paso, Texas. David, is recognized as a leader in the concrete industry for his expertise in concrete parking lots and roads, tilt-Up panels and slabs. Early in his carrier, David acquired experience in concrete parking lots by building multiple projects for the US Corps of Engineers.

David is a Civil Engineer graduating from the University of Texas at El Paso. He is a member of the American Concrete Institute, serving on several committees.
