Founded in 1981, MBW waterproofs about 2.5 million square feet, caulks 1 million lineal feet, and polishes, stains, or coats 4 million square feet of concrete floors on thousands of jobs across the country.

Adam’s father Mark started MBW out of his garage, building a thriving business in the same place he lived and played. MBW transitioned, with Adam taking the reigns as President in 2009. During his tenure, he’s been successful in transitioning to second-generation management by achieving growth and profit during the recession, sustaining long-tenured employees (many with over 20 years of MBW experience), cultivating second-generation MBW employees, opening multiple offices to expand services to long time loyal customers and to increase the number of opportunities for employee growth, and completing large-scale jobs and winning awards, which is secondary to employee growth and opportunities.
