The North American Deck and Railing Association's two-day event—which includes the 12th annual awards dinner and Breakthrough to Excellence conference—takes place March 24-25 at The Sheraton Sand Key Resort in Clearwater Beach, Florida.
NADRA recognizes and promotes excellence in the outdoor living and decking industry.
Each year it celebrates and honors outstanding successes in the industry at an Industry Awards presentation and celebration.
Professionals of all levels and categories, from across North America—and beyond—enter the deck competition.
The night before will be a welcome party at sunset on the beach.
"Just follow the tiki torch path to NADRA’s tent on the beach," the organization noted.
Thursday, March 24 starts off with a groundbreaking conference: BREAKTHROUGH TO EXCELLENCE that NADRA said will equip attendees with an unfair advantage to create the business they want instead of letting the current circumstances determine it for them.
"Expect to take action right away and leverage the power of association in the room," according to NADRA. "It will be packed with actionable takeaways for you to impact your business and life immediately."
- How personal development for yourself and your team lead to massive business growth
- Discover the systems you need to tackle the IMPORTANT, but NOT URGENT items in your business
- Create accountability in your team to support the lifestyle you got into business for in the first place
- Building an “all-in” culture
- How to leverage association to speed up success “If you want to go fast—go alone! If you want to go far—go together!”
- Using technology to set you apart from the competition
- How to become permanently profitable today
There will also be a panel and round table discussion.
The speakers are Amy and Chris Breen, Nick Long and Cullen Talley.
The Breens (left) assist entrepreneurs to create a business that supports the lifestyle they got into business for in the first place. They have created multiple seven-figure home service brands and successfully sold two of them.
Long (middle) has been successful in impacting the lives of thousands of entrepreneurs with an intense focus on the entrepreneur’s self-worth.
Talley (right) is the founder of Exit Momentum. Cullen’s superpower is understanding the intricacies and intersections across marketing, sales, product, operations, technology, finance, legal, etc.
Night 1's agenda is the cocktail reception, dinner and awards ceremony.
The NADRA Code Committee will hold an in-person Code Committee Meeting on Friday, March 25 at 8 a.m.
Beginning at 11 a.m. is NADRA's second annual Beach Olympics and farewell luncheon.
Games include sand skiing, spear throwing, beer pong, corn hole and flip cup.
"Beach music will be blaring, the sun shining, and the drinks flowing," the organization said.
Lunch will be served on the beach and medals will be awarded to the winners.
