The International Concrete Repair Institute is the primary association for concrete repair in North America and Dave Fuller, the organization's technical director, said a main focus of the industry should be extending the life of repairs that are made to buildings like condos.

"These repairs that you know are failing at five years, we need to change that," he said.

Fuller spoke to WOC360.com Editor Bill Palmer about some of the recent areas of focus in the concrete repair sector. Fuller said the focuses remain on infrastructure and evaluating structures like condos.

"People are getting serious about really evaluating these structures," Fuller said.
