Saint-Gobain was awarded Global Top Employer certification by the Top Employers Institute for the seventh consecutive year.
Only 11 companies in the world have received this label in 2022.
The award comes months after the company launched its new global Grow and Impact strategy, in which one of the six priorities of action focuses on building a strong team in a diverse and inclusive workplace.
The Top Employer label recognizes the world's best companies by studying the HR and career development processes of each company in each of their countries and an audit covering more than 400 working condition practices.
In 2022, the Global Top Employer label was awarded to Saint-Gobain’s presence in the U.S. and 37 other countries.
