S-5!

S-5! hired Lezlie McInturff as director of HR at the company's Texas manufacturing plant. 

With nearly 20 years of HR experience in the manufacturing industry, McInturff has been lauded for her achievements in employee recruitment/retention; compensation and benefits administration; performance management; mediation/conflict resolution; diversity and inclusion; and labor relations―both union and non-union environments.

Early on in her career, she worked in human resources for the financial industry and shortly thereafter moved into manufacturing. 

Previous to joining S-5!, McInturff served as the director of HR for air handling manufacturer, United Electric (Magic Aire) where she planned, organized and directed all aspects of human resources through values-based leadership.
