Home Improvement Profitability Summit

The three-day summit was designed for owners, executives and/or managers in the home improvement, remodeling and/or home services industry.

It is in response to numerous challenges despite leads being in abundance and companies experiencing record revenue.

Dave Yoho, president of Dave Yoho Associates, and more than 15 other industry professionals led seminars covering topics including overcoming material shortages, choosing the best recruiting channels, how to locate and provide value to skilled labor candidates—and more.

“The event exceeded my expectations and opened my mind to a new world of possibilities," said attendee Carlos Alvarez of Alco Windows and Doors.

Attendance included a complimentary pass to the International Roofing Expo, access to case studies, whitepapers, a complete workbook, slide deck, the opportunity to win prizes—and more.

Several panels were on the agenda: Finding Qualified and Trainable Candidates, Utilizing Modern Marketing Tactics to Lower Your Costs, Overcoming Your Greatest Challenges in 2022 and Develop, Train & Retain the Best Salespeople.

“Great information and lots to take back and implement," said fellow attendee Tracy Cummings of RAMCO.

Added Shem Issac of Home Living Window Fashions: “Every minute from the stage was good.”
