Tecta America recently acquired Jacksonville, Fla.-based Childers Roofing & Sheetmetal, Inc.

Butch Childers and Paul Gibbs will continue leading the operation as president and VP, respectively.    

The operation will be known as Childers Roofing & Sheetmetal, a Tecta America Company, LLC.
