Both Tommy and Rocky acheived great success after growing up in the business. Tommy Ruttura grew his father’s New York-based concrete construction company, Ruttura & Sons Construction, from $500,000 to over $150,000,000 in annual revenue. "I didn't know a lot about the technical side of the business, he says. "I wanted to learn anything that anybody was willing to teach me."

Rocky Geans was the owner and president of L.L. Geans Construction Co., a 55-year old concrete contracting firm based in Mishawaka, Indiana. Then in 2016, to pursue his passion for teaching and helping other construction companies, he founded the Rocky Geans Business School. "Nugget #2 is, find a good CPA that understands construction. And don't be afraid to ask questions."

Rocky and Tommy know what it takes to grow and lead a concrete construction company. Now they want to give back to you by offering this FREE, 30-minute conversation (with Q&A to follow) about the most impactful lessons they've learned from their 60+ years in the business. This FREE webinar is sponsored by Magni Telescopic Handlers.
