Michelle Boykin is the chief operating officer for Rackley Roofing. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Middle Tennessee State University. Boykin is heavily involved in National Women in Roofing, currently serving on the Executive Committee as vice-chair. Rackley is a Founding and Platinum Sponsor of National Women in Roofing. She is also the director of Member Services for CREW Nashville and has served on its Board of Directors since 2016. Additionally, she is a member of RT3, Roofing Technology Think Tank.
