Greg Hayne is the owner of the Hayne Coaching Group, which helps contractors find and implement better, smarter and more innovative ways to work. The group's proven “Creating Great Service” training, support and implementation program helps commercial roofers grow their service departments. It facilitates “ESE Peer Groups” for commercial roofers that bring together non-competing roofing contractors to share best practices and help each other get better. Finally, at the IRE, Hayne will be introducing “Climbing into Commercial for Residential Roofer,” a training, support and implementation program to help residential roofers who want to make the jump to commercial work.
